I am very excited for Cookies For The Crook to return this Saturday. This month we welcome The Best kept secret in LA "NGUZUNGUZU". They have recently done remixes for Mad Decent and Maluca and just last month released an EP of original material.

My current obsession is the new edit (thee) Mike B has released for the do over's new label.


It's an edit of Charanga 76's cover of "Aint no stopping us now". Charanga 76 was a latin disco band that did many disco cover's in the late 70's- early 80's. Mike B's edit has been one of my favorite song's to play out. It has a great kick and intro, it's basically irresistible to not start dancing.

SAINT LEROQ

Hey, Wanted to take a moment to introduce my good friend's new project "Saint Le Roq"

Saint Le Roq Is Kim Anh and Anna who are also the founding members of the los angeles party "Booby Trap". They are currently in the studio working on an album, but here is a remix they undertook for Uh Huh Her remix last fall and released it in November.
I really like the synth on the remix, and I could listen to the bass line for days.

They did a nice job with the remix, especially considering the original song, just sayin
